Therapy Services

Now accepting new clients

I’m Allison, and I’m glad you’re here. I know it can be vulnerable to begin trying to find a therapist, so I want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Below is information about my practice, as well as a form for you to ask any further questions.

My Approach

I am a licensed master social worker (LMSW) serving clients in my home state of Arkansas. I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach to mental health and overall well-being. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, religious trauma, attachment disruptions, neurodiversity, adoption, foster care, relational difficulties, family transitions, caregiving stress, anxiety, depression, and attention difficulties. I work with children of all ages, as well as adults in any stage of life.

I prioritize nervous system care when working with many clients, especially those who are trauma survivors. I incorporate somatic techniques to help clients access the parts of their experiences that are held in the body. I am a trained yoga instructor offering those services to clients who choose to incorporate yoga practice into their therapeutic journey.

My graduate-level academic focus was parental mental health and special education, and I am a disability advocate. I also engage in policy work, remaining aware and sensitive to the ways the systems we participate in contribute to our mental health status. I am committed to creating an inclusive space in my practice for those at every intersection of identity, including those who are disabled, LGBTQ+, Black, indigenous, and people of color.

I aim to approach every person as a unique individual with compassionate, accepting care that centers their own experiences and goals. It would be a privilege to work alongside you toward the future you are creating for yourself.

I see clients in person in my office location in Little Rock. The address is provided before your first appointment.

I offer telehealth sessions to clients 16 and older, and for whom the option provides accessibility.

Due to my licensure status, all clients must be in the state of Arkansas for treatment.

Currently my licensure status allows me to serve adult clients who will be paying out of pocket. I am able to serve children 4-18 who use Medicaid or pay out of pocket. I recognize this makes my services cost-prohibitive to some. If I am unable to serve you at this time, I will do my best to refer you to another therapist.

  1. Fill out this form (only takes about 15 minutes)
